Flat Fee Pricing Model

What value does Zhemian Ventures offer versus a traditional law firm? Answer—Zhemian Ventures offers “budgetary certainty”. Why pay an $800 hourly billable rate to have a law firm draft and/or review your contracts, without any certainty on how many hours it will take, when you can get the same professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of services at a fraction of the cost, at a flat rate?

Zhemian Ventures offers flat fee arrangements on 80% of our services. We cap the amount we charge…not the amount of time it takes to DO IT RIGHT. Ranging from as little as $500 to as much as $20,500, our flat fees are calculated based upon the complexity of the service (for example, drafting a 3-page nondisclosure agreement versus 40-page asset purchase agreement) and the turnaround time frame in which the services are needed. We will work with you to negotiate a competitive flat fee for our services.

PLEASE NOTE: The flat fee does not include cost for travel, document production, mail and courier service, and other pre-approved expenses incurred in providing services.
